Baby Dancing
I'm guessing many parents do this- my recommendation is "baby dancing". Works best with pre-toddlers and toddlers. Basically, put on your favorite or even guilty pleasure music (say Fats Domino & "Do the Twist") and go dancing about the house. Your partner is likely to be giggly or wiggly - of course stop if tears appear
